Find a place where you can close your eyes and choose stillness by refraining from activity for the duration of the soundtrack. Gather any bolsters, blankets, or eye coverings that may support your ultimate relaxation. Prepare your audio, ideally from a source that plays the full audible spectrum range so that you can hear the bass frequencies present in this soundtrack. Feel free to pause the audio now to prepare yourself and environment for the journey ahead. Posture yourself in a comfortable position where you can be still and relax.
Let go of any stress or worries from your being, and allow yourself to be present in this moment.
Bring your tongue to the roof of your mouth,
gently allow your lips to close and bring the corners of your mouth back and up towards your ears
Breathe into your belly by allowing your navel to expand away from your spine on the inhale, and return back towards your spine on the exhale.
Extend your shoulders away from your ears, and allow them to be still while you expand your navel away from the spine on your inhale, and back towards your spine on the exhale.
Inhale, feel your belly expand away from your spine
Exhale, feel your belly recede back toward your spine
With this breath, allow your body to come into a place of complete relaxation. Find ease and openness by feeling the support of the earth beneath you.
Imagine your inhale expanding into any areas of tension, and feel this area letting go on your exhale
Scan your body from head to toe, inviting your entire body to relax
Invite your head to relax. Your face, scalp, jaw, mouth, forehead, eyes, ears, and tongue let go
Invite your neck and shoulders to relax. The front, back, and sides to let go and sink into the support of the earth
Let your arms go, let go of the grip of your hands and fingers, allowing your forearms and upper arms to unwind
Invite your chest to relax, your abdomen, back, and side waist
Feel your spine unwind and align with ease
Relax your pelvic floor, feeling it open with the inhale and close with the exhale
Let go of your hips, allowing your sacrum to be rooted into the earth
Relax your legs, feeling the thighs, and calves be heavy
Imagine your breath coming through the soles of your feet, expanding and relaxing through your ankles, release your toes
Feel this whole body relaxation
Let your mind and body be still, allow the breath to move through you like a gentle wave
If any thoughts arise, let them pass by and come back to observing the moment through the breath
As the sounds play, allow the tones and frequencies to wash over you, furthering your relaxation and restoration
If any emotions arise, let them express and come back feeling relaxed in this moment of calm
